A Message to our Clients about Covid-19
As we monitor the COVID-19 situation, our top priority is to maintain the health and safety of our employees, clients and community members while maintaining a consistent level of client service. We wanted to reach out to you to provide an update on what we are doing in the wake of the current events.
Within our offices, we have taken action to follow the recommended precautions suggested by the Center for Disease Control (CDC). To protect our office environments, we have made hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap and disinfecting wipes available for all employees. We have also instituted enhanced cleaning protocols in all of the common areas in our offices.
We are communicating with our team members regularly, ensuring they are updated on evolving situations in our communities as well as any associated adjustments we need to make. We have alerted our employees that if they are ill, or if they have family in their homes who are exhibiting any symptoms of respiratory illness, not to report to our offices or any client site. We understand that if employees are not well, they may also need to take time off to properly address their health needs. To date, we have had no team members to which this applies, but we will be following strict quarantine rules in alignment with the most up-to-date CDC guidance for employees who have been (and those who have family members who live in their homes who have been) in contact with someone who has been exposed to or diagnosed with Coronavirus.
